The health of our clients, as well as that of our workers, is a priority for us, and for this reason, at PADI, given the evolution of COVID-19, we have adopted the necessary measures to ensure their safety, to continue serving them normally and that feel safe with us.

Starting the excavation works for Puntal de San Juan I  in Sant Joan d’Alacant.

Work is already being completed on the 98 homes of the TORRE DE SAN JUAN III Housing Cooperative. They are found finishing the common areas and finishing off the interior of the houses.

PADI begins the year, being part of the massive CABALGATA DE REYES in Alicante, which is undoubtedly one of the most special days of the year, in which our pages have filled the city with candy and enthusiasm.

Today, Monday, November 18, the Nou Corfu Housing Cooperative Society has presented a commemorative plaque to the notary public, Mrs. Cristina Clemente Buendía, as a symbol of gratitude and recognition for her valuable contribution to the success of the project.

Start of writing and handing over the keys to the 169 Nou Corfu homes in Alicante, the first building with an A energy rating. During the next few days, all the owners will go through a notary and take the last and most important step to obtain their homes.

Without a doubt, this is great news. Congratulations to all the owners!

THE Wonderful 13th ANNUAL PROJECT MANAGER CONFERENCE organised by the Madrid Chapter of the PROJECT MANAGEMENT INSTITUTE (P.M.I.) was held last 24th of November in the incomparable setting of the Zarzuela Racecourse in Madrid, and was once again attended by leading sector companies and project and PMO managers On this occasion, as in previous years, PADI PROYECTOS participated as Gold Sponsors of the event, thereby reaffirming their unconditional support for P.M.I. as a world leader in Project Management standardisation.

Construction has begun on the 169 homes, garages, storage areas, swimming pool, paddle tennis court and more than 5600 m2 of landscaped gardens included in the NOU CORFU Housing Cooperative located in the PAU II area of Alicante, across from the Marist College.

(05/10/2016) Last 5th October the Municipal Business Centre of the Boadilla del Monte Town Council hosted the EXTRAORDINARY GENERAL MEETING of the Mirador de Boadilla Housing Cooperative, during which members of the cooperative were notified of the status of the promotion and development of the project in all its phases and activities and the members of the monitoring committee were elected by those in attendance.

(29/09/2016) Work has begun on the MIRADOR DE BOADILLA Housing Cooperative, entrusted to the construction company OPROLER. The project includes 76 3- and 4-bedroom homes with 2 garages and storage facilities in unbeatable surroundings that include a private residential estate with swimming pool, gymnasium, children's play area and spacious green areas.

PADI has become one of the first Spanish companies to obtain ISO 21500 CERTIFICATION "GUIDANCE ON PROJECT MANAGEMENT", a certification that confers deserved recognition on our policy of ongoing improvement and makes us a benchmark company on an international level. This certification guarantees both the project success and business results through the standardisation of a Management System that employs universal principles of project and process management that are in accordance with the UNE-ISO 21500 standards for Guidance on Project Management. Our management system has been updated in accordance with the new developments in International Project Management and applies the standards set out in the latest edition of the universally recognised Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK).

In the Mirador de Boadilla, Nou Corfú and Gran Vía promotions, all of which include two garage spaces, one of these features an ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING STATION.

PADI PROYECTOS is expanding on a national level and has recently opened new offices on the eastern seaboard in Alicante in order to meet the demands of clients in the area.
